To return an item, please follow these procedures:
1. Contact Mr. Music within 3 business days of delivery to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without an RA number
2. After receiving an RA number, you must ship the item within 3 business days.
3. For instruments only, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery of your intention to return.
Ship all items well-packed and insured. We cannot allow credit for items received from you that have been damaged in shipping due to poor packing. In the unlikely event of shipping damage to an item that you received, please notify us immediately. Do not return any damaged item until you have received a return authorization number from us.
Print Media, Recordings and Video Returns
If you receive a CD or video from Mr. Music that is genuinely defective, you may return it for a replacement. You must tell us exactly what and where the defect is – for example, “skips on the 2nd song at 2:36”; or “no sound on video at 5:20 minutes”. We cannot give refunds, only a replacement copy of the same material. Because recorded products are sealed at the factory, and all recordings are subject to wear and tear on even one playing, we regret that we cannot take back a recording because you did not like it.
Unused CD’s and videos maybe returned for credit, substitution, or full refund (less shipping charges). They must be sealed in their original shrink wrap, packed properly and sent back in accordance to the procedures stated above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned for any reason:
- Mouth-blown instruments such as harmonicas, recorders, tinwhistles, kazoos, etc…
- Opened packages of reeds, strings, drum sticks, drum heads, mouthpieces, and maintenance lubricants such as valve oil or cork grease, tubes, ear buds, ear plugs, body jewelry, cleaners and polishes, cleaning brushes, etc…
